The control system should be able to graph trends and provide management summary reports to help with decisions. For example

  • Headcount report
  • Benefits report
  • Pay details report
  • Gender mix reports
  • Age profile
  • Absence analysis

And any other ad-hoc reports that need to be collated for a specific purpose.
