7. Conclusion

Change is unavoidable in any organisation and so there should be a change management procedure in place to handle it.

People naturally resist change for a number of reasons, but for a change management process to be effective then the people involved need to be on board.

An efffective way to engage people is in to communicate effectively, to get their input by consultation and finally to get the right mix of people to actually participate in the change process.
