7. Graphics software

You might want to make small changes to an image such as getting rid of red eyes in a photograph or changing the colour of a dress. This is fairly simple to do using one of the many graphics applications on the market.

You may want to be a little more adventurous and mix two images together. You could put yourself next to the Empire State Building even if you have never been there or you could make it look like you were meeting your favourite celebrity for dinner.

Some people have become full-time artists and use graphics packages to create some amazing artwork like the one on the right. These can be used in magazines, book covers or in computer games.
