6. 2D CAD Practice

We have put together a 2D CAD simulation exercise for you.
Have a go at laying out the bedroom with the items from the library. You can drag and rotate the items as you wish.

Things to notice:

• The scale of the room is defined to be 1cm = 1 metre so the actual size of the room is known.
• You can enter your name in the box. So each drawing has an author.
• You can print out your layout. So it is easy to make copies
• There is a library of ready made objects to choose from.
