When you created your 'costume' table in Exercise 1, you entered your data directly into the table. There is another way that you can enter data and that is by using a 'form. You are going to have a go at creating and modifying a form and then using it to enter data. |

1. Open your database called 'costumes' (you created this during the previous exercise) |

2. Select 'forms' from the list of database objects |

| 3. Click on 'create form by using wizard' | |
4. A screen should appear in which you should be able to see all of the fields in your table (see hint button)

| 5. Click the >> button as shown and all of the fields will move from the left hand pane over to the right hand pane. This means that they will all be included on the form. | |
6. Click the 'next' button to go to the next screen of the wizard |
