Module 4 - SpreadsheetsThe Teach ICT spreadsheet tasks have been taken and mapped against the ECDL syllabus. This is used with pupils in the following way: Pupils work steadily through the tasks and record on the table which skills they think they have practised. The summary column provides them with an opportunity to record the number of times they have practised each item on the syllabus. Not all items on the syllabus are covered. The completed sheet enables the teacher to check pupils are filling in the tick list properly. This is a method that can be used to encourage independent learning while enabling the teacher to keep a check on pupil progress. |
