This system allows the mouse to be controlled by moving your head around slightly.

The way it works is that you attach a small reflective disk on to your glasses or forehead then the device locks on to its position. As you move your head around, the device tracks it and sends up-down, left-right input into the computer to control the mouse. There are also two switch inputs available to allow right and left mosue switches to be emulated.

Description: The Tracker Pro was introduced in late 2004 and represents the fourth generation of Madentec headpointers. It's a small, USB-only infrared device which draws its power through the USB port itself, and it uses the mouse driver software that's already on the host machine to provide basic head control of the cursor without the installation of any additional software.

Setting up the Tracker Pro consists of mounting the sensor unit, connecting it to the computer or communication aid using the USB cable provided, and waiting a few seconds for the two systems to get to know each other. LEDs on the sensor unit indicate when it's searching for and tracking the standard reflective dot that's attached to the user's forehead or glasses.

Benefits
