This PPT examines the hardware, software and services required in order to access the Internet.

There is an exam style question at the end to check students' understanding.

Internet connection task

This worksheet asks students to investigate the different methods of connecting to the Internet. They need to make a comparison between these methods.

Role of Communication Systems

These resources are very useful to help students cover the AQA AS section 10.6.

There is a worksheet which can be printed ready for completion by hand or students can access it electronically and type their answers directly into the document.
